IMGT/LIGM-DB

IMGT/LIGM-DB [1-13] is part of IMGT®, the international ImMunoGeneTics information system® http://www.imgt.org [13].

IMGT/LIGM-DB is the first and largest IMGT database, created in 1989 by Marie-Paule Lefranc (LIGM, Université Montpellier 2, CNRS) and on the Web since July 1995.
IMGT/LIGM-DB is the international database for immunoglobulins (IG) and T cell receptor (TR) nucleotide sequences from human and other vertebrates.
