IMGT notes:
  1. (1) Silent point mutation in EX2 a216>g according to the IMGT numbering for V-DOMAIN and V-LIKE-DOMAIN.
  2. (2) Nucleotides 934-939 (and corresponding amino acids) in AF508193 that seem to result from sequencing or typing error are not reported in the IMGT FASTA sequences.
  3. (3) Alternative splicing leading to the absence of EX5, and a change in EX6 codon_start (3 instead of 1). The resulting EX6 sequence is shortened to 29 nucleotides (encoding 10 amino acids). This protein isoform is soluble and functional [1].
