Correspondence between V numberings

Correspondence between the IMGT unique Lefranc numbering and the different numberings (horizontal display)

< and > Indicate the limits of the CDR-IMGT based on the IMGT unique numbering for V-REGION in [1], the limits of the complementarity-determining regions defined on the basis of sequence variability in [2], and the limits of the canonical structure loops in [3].
Correspondence is shown for the longest CDRs.
Correspondence for shorter CDRs and correspondence between CDR-IMGT lengths and canonical structure loops are described in Correspondence between numberings for the CDR-IMGT of different lengths (horizontal display).
