IMGT/3Dstructure-DB


IMGT/3Dstructure-DB is a new IMGT database freely available at IMGT.
This unique expertised resource on immunoglobulin and T cell receptor structural data provides Colliers de Perles of immunoglobulins and T cell receptors with known 3D structures, from human and other vertebrate species, with links to PDB.
IMGT/3Dstructure-DB also provides the IMGT gene and allele identification, according to the IMGT gene and allele nomenclature for human immunoglobulin and T cell receptor genes [1,2], approved by HUGO in 1999 and linked to GDB (Toronto) and Entrez Gene (NCBI).
