TRGV genes are designated according to IMGT gene tables and Locus representations.
Only FUNCTIONAL and ORF V-GENEs are shown.
The proteolytic cleavage site between the leader peptide and the V-REGION is putative and the assignment of amino acid 1 to one or the other region is uncertain.
Sheep TRGV genes, which have not yet been mapped, are designated by a number for the subgroup, followed by the letter S and a number.
