Lists of human Homo sapiens IG and TR genes, groups, loci and orphons and links between IMGT/GENE-DB, HGNC, Entrez Gene, GenAtlas and GeneCards

IG chromosomal orphon sets: Human

IMGT chromosomal orphon sets and links with HGNC, Entrez Gene and OMIM

12 chromosomal orphon sets refer to sets of IG genes localized outside of the three IG major loci, and on different chromosomes.

Four of the IG chromosomal orphon sets correspond to HGNC, Entrez Gene and OMIM entries with data entered prior to the entry of the individual genes. These entries were created in these databases to avoid a loss of information but their content is not exhaustive.
