TR chromosomal orphon set

IMGT chromosomal orphon set and links with HGNC, Entrez Gene and OMIM

One chromosomal orphon set refers to a set of TR genes localized on chromosome 9, outside of the four TR major loci.

This chromosomal orphon TR set (TRBV/OR9) corresponds to HGNC and Entrez Gene entries with data entered prior to the entry of the individual genes. These entries were created in these databases to avoid a loss of information but their content is not exhaustive.
