Chromosomal localization: human (Homo sapiens) TRB locus

The mouse TRB locus is located on the chromosome 6 at band 6B1.

Mouse chromosomes are organized according to their size as for the human chromosomes, however all of the chromosomes are acrocentric (having the centromere close to one end and thus no p-arm). There are 19 pairs of autosomes, plus X and Y sex chromosomes.
The orientation of the mouse TRB locus on the chromosome is forward (FWD).

A vertical red line indicates the localization of the TRB locus at 6B1.

A blue arrow indicates the orientation 5' → 3' of the locus, and the gene group order in the locus. The blue arrow is proportional to the size of the locus, indicated in kilobases (kb). The total number of genes in the locus is shown between parentheses.
