Correspondence between species: Mus musculus (house mouse) and Homo sapiens (human) TRAV subgroups

Correspondence between IMGT gene names and clone names is available in Gene tables: Mus musculus (house mouse) and Homo sapiens (human)

In Gene tables, mouse and human TRAV genes are designated by a number for the subgroup followed, whenever there are several genes belonging to the same subgroup, by a dash and a number for their relative localisation in their respective loci, at14C2 and 14q11.2.

Mouse TRAV subgroups are listed by numerical order.
