(1)	The IG heavy chain C-REGION also includes the HINGE-REGION (for the IG-Heavy-Alpha, IG-Heavy-Delta and IG-Heavy-Gamma chains) and, for the membrane form, the CONNECTING-REGION (CO), the TRANSMEMBRANE-REGION (TM) and the CYTOPLASMIC-REGION (CO), and, for the soluble form, the CHS.
(2)	The TR chain C-REGION also includes the CONNECTING-REGION (CO), the TRANSMEMBRANE-REGION (TM) and the CYTOPLASMIC-REGION (CY).
