IMGT notes:
(1) Probable CDR3-IMGT length, but needs to be confirmed with germline sequences.
(2) The JUNCTION of the rearranged TRGV5S20 (D16124) is 19 AA long which would suggest a germline CDR3-IMGT of 10 AA. However, in the absence of germline V and J genes, it is not possible to delimit the V-REGION and J-REGION, respectively.
