Three-dimensional structure of the IGHG2 CH2. Position 45.1 (first position of the transversal CD strand) corresponds to the presence of the only identified G2m allotype (G2m23) or to its absence (G2m..) [1]. Valine V45.1 corresponds to G2m.., whereas a methionine would correspond to G2m23 [1].
