Here you are: IMGT Web resources > IMGT Repertoire (IG and TR) > 1. Locus and genes

"+" or "-" indicates if the gene sequences have been found (+) or not been found (-) rearranged (R), transcribed (T) and/or translated into protein (Pr). Arbitrarily that information is shown on the first line of each gene when the data have been confirmed by several studies.

Functionality is shown between parentheses, (F) and (P), when the accession number refers to rearranged genomic DNA or cDNA and the corresponding germline gene has not yet been isolated.
Functionality is shown between brackets, [F] and [P], when the accession number refers to genomic DNA, but not known as being germline or rearranged.

The Zebrafish (Danio rerio) IGI variable genes and alleles find on cDNA and not assigned to germline have a temporary designation based on the IMGT gene name nomenclature rules. They are designated by the locus three letter root, followed by the letter V, the subgroup number, the letter S and a number

Positions in the sequence: limits from the first nucleotide of V-REGION to the last nucleotide.

#c: rearranged cDNA.

IMGT notes:
  1. (1) ORF because of a very short L-PART1
  2. (2) pseudo because of several STOP-CODON in V-REGION, a very long L-PART2 and no L-PART1
  3. (3) pseudo because of frameshift in V-REGION and no DONOR-SPLICE
  4. (4) ORF because of very long L-PART2 and CDR3-IMGT
  5. (5) pseudo because of frameshifts in V-REGION and a very long CDR3-IMGT
