CDR3-IMGT

This table displays the correspondence between the IMGT unique Lefranc numbering [1], Kabat [2] and Chothia [3-5] numberings for CDR3 of different lengths, with gaps indicated by dashes. For a table showing the same CDR3 amino acid numberings but without gaps, and therefore without correspondence, click here.

Asterisks indicate positions for which it is not possible to make changes from one numbering to the other, automatically [1].
Brackets indicate the limits of the CDR in each numbering.

For more information on the proteins, see Protein with known 3D structures-Identification and Colliers de Perles: Human Immunoglobulins.
