IMGT/CloneSearch

IMGT/CloneSearch is part of IMGT, the international ImMunoGeneTics information system® http://www.imgt.org [1].

IMGT/CloneSearch, created by LIGM (Université Montpellier 2, CNRS), is an IMGT tool for genome analysis, on the Web since 17 April 2001.
IMGT/CloneSearch allows to search for clones corresponding to genes in IMGT/LocusView.

IMGT/CloneSearch is available for all the human IG (IGH, IGK, IGL) and TR (TRA/TRD, TRB, TRG) loci, and for the mouse TRA/TRD and TRB loci.
