Atom contact

An atom contact is a contact between two atoms. In IMGT, only atom contacts between different residues are analysed. An atom contact is defined by its type (covalent, non covalent, etc...) and categories (...).

The 'Atom contact' concept is part of the IDENTIFICATION concept of IMGT-ONTOLOGY.
